About Florence Care 24
Getting healthcare in an unfamiliar city is hard — different language, an unfamiliar system, and no idea who to call. Florence Care 24 exists to make that simple.
Why we exist
Tourists, international students and foreign residents often face the same problem when they feel unwell in Florence: they do not know whether they need a nurse, a doctor or a specialist, they may not speak Italian, and they do not know who to trust. We give them one point of contact.
What we do
We help connect people with qualified, licensed independent healthcare professionals for assistance at home, in hotels and in accommodation. We understand the request, coordinate the appropriate professional, and help with follow-up.
What we believe
Clinical care belongs with licensed professionals. Our role is to make access simple: clear communication, home and hotel convenience, multilingual support, and reliable coordination — so you can focus on feeling better.
